Short version: IATA’s Safety Management Simulation is a collaborative, multi-player simulation exercise that will immerse you in a realistic, risk-free airline operating environment where you will conduct a safety risk assessment. As a member of an airline operational management team (with up to 5 other team members), you will be collaborating with your team in real time. Your challenge: to analyze safety risks under varying conditions within the simulation on the best strategy for your organization to maintain safe and secure operations. You’ll need to make critical decisions, provide recommendations and take the necessary actions based on your team’s evaluation.
